Ok, here's what you do. Set up a webpage, I used geocites. It would probaly be best if you used something like Frontpage to do your editing.
Next, find an ineresting topic. Use something that interests you. Base the web site off that, remember you can always change it. Try to find a topic that will apeal to surfers. (ie. mp3's, stock market, pets)
Once your page is setup, you can start placing your adds. It is important to determine the right adds for you. You can find advertisments for you taking just about anywhere. If you can'tt find any adds, or are just lazy, you can use the ones I have. I picked out some of the better ones

Finally, programs that allows you to get paid to surf the net! These are great! I have made a large percent of my money from these! Just sign up and surf! There is no obligation or trick. Here are three of the ones that I consider the best; Alladvantage, Cashsurfers and Spedia.
Well, if you do everything here, I guarentee you will make money. Just set up a web page, add some of these links and your set. Try to personalize your page to make it fit your interests so it will draw more people. I used Geocites(below) to build my page, it gives step by step instructions and great help.
