The images bellow were made using just a mirror, a cheap video camera,
and a video capture card. The inspiration for this came from IFS
fractals. I have always done just normal feedback spirals with video cameras
and I knew that if I had another smaller monitor to put next to it I could
make fractals. When I set up a feedback system with a cheap video camera
and a video capture card, I wondered what would happen if I added a mirror
and the rest as they say is history. The video capture card really adds
allot. It has tint, brightness and saturation controls. A drastic tint
and saturation setting can prevent the image from washing out to black
or white. Instead it cycles trough the colors red, green, and blue as it
progresses down the depth of the frames.
