My Love....
My heart beats for you.....
"Je T'aime mon Amour"
all that I now need
is always and only you..
Here is a very beautiful poem,
Once upon a time.....
stitched in time's worn fabric,
like an endless Celtic knot.
So now he sails to Avalon, an island in a dream,
never to return, despite what legends say.
I still love him, so very much.. but not the warrior he became..
avenger of wrongs, defender of Christendom,
nemesis of Saxon, "dux bellorum"..
but *the boy like quicksilver,
intuitive, clever, bright-eyed, smiling,
mystical, magical, whimsical*....
He was once like that.
But the world became for him
We searched no more
So now he goes to Avalon, and I to caves of tears and ice.
a world of only black and white.
(I see it as a swirl of movement
like his twirling red-gold cape,
or the rich glinting tapestry of his life
forever folding and unfolding.)
With furrowed brow and serious look,
he turned to serve a higher good.
through wooded grove for fox's den,
followed no more flights of birds
in Humber Trails on wings of fancy.
We sang no more the old love songs.
Or lay together in God's golden meadows...
Perhaps I'll be a metaphor in someone else's song.
I hear a ghostly echo: "My love, I'm missing you."
But it is not his voice, for he never really said good-bye.
It is only Myrddin Emrys whispering farewell
to a sweet young man of love, light and mist
who was once
like me........
The world knows so little of it's Greatest Hero's"....
To the gallant knight who brings me "CAMELOT"...
I have saved all my ribbons for thee.....
And we will all the pleasures prove
That hills and valley's, dales and fields
And all the craggy mountains yields
There will we sit upon the rocks,
And see the shepherds feed their flocks,
By shallow rivers, by whose falls
Melodious birds sing madrigals.
There will I make thee a bed of roses,
With a thousand fragrant petals,
A cap of flowers, and a kirtle
Embroider'd all with leaves of myrtle.
A belt of stars and ivy buds,
With coral clasps and amber studs;
And if these pleasures may thee move,
Then live with me and be my love...
Here is a poem written for me by Jonathan..
How quiet the moon with light so strong,
it lights up all the sky,
How majestic it's strength, it's wisdom, it's warmth,
It smiles as stars go rolling by.
Stories as old as time itself,
the moon could tell us all,
from beginning to end of everyones life,
even the dinosaurs fall.
I have always believed that
"the best things in life are free"
Just be grateful when you look at the moon,
know it was meant for you and me.

It seems like yesterday, but it was long ago
He was lovely, he was the "King" of my nights
There in the darkness with the radio playing low
And the secrets that we shared
The mountains that we moved
Caught like a wildfire out of control
Till there was nothing left to burn
And nothing left to prove
And I remember what he said to me
How he swore that it never should end
I remember how he held me oh so tight
Wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then
all that I thought to be lost
was suddenly found...
We met on the Internet one day...
If there were an angel to look over you
If I could read your mind to give you hope
It would be nice if it were me
To save you from danger and hurt
and give you pleasure and happiness.
I would be your knight in shining armour
to give your body and soul all the warmth and love
to hope you would be content
with my gesture of love.

*Pooffff, and like dew in the morning sun she was gone,
my heart skipped a beat but it knew she would come back.
It knew that one like her would never leave a friend stranded in limbo
