Project "A" is:

"... a 1929 Ford Model 'A' Sport Coupe that I found in 'the boonies'. It has a brand new frame and all the metal is there except interior (see photo) Apparently the 40 HP L- head engine has been rebuilt and the tranny and exhaust are all there. Best yet, it will take a rumble seat."

"I want to convert my sport coupe into a roadster (pictures to follow) This would mean replacing the doors but I have to anyway as they were chopped to make someone else's Hot Rod."

"As far as previous owners are concerned, the car sat in a barn from 1953 until about 4 years ago when a couple of dudes bought a new frame and had the engine rebuilt... (who knows?)."

"Henry brought out the Model A in 1927 and it was so good that few changes were made until 1933 when they dropped in the new V8 and slanted the grille cowl on more of a rakish angle. The later generations are worth more for that reason. "

"What makes my year 'kewl' is that it was produced in the year of the stock market crash and that date is forever imprinted on the depression children of today. "
