Lifting Credentials:

• Lifted at LA Tech for 4 years (90 - 94)and Assistant coach for 3 (94 - 97)
•  Helped Coach Tech at Nationals for the past couple of years
• Hold the USPF Collegiate Bench Record, and 4 Jr National Records
• 4 time All-American at Tech and Collegiate National Champ in 94
• Member of the 1992 IPF Jr World Championship Team in Sydney, Australia
• Competing at the Women's Open level since 93
• 1998 USAPL National Champion
• 1999 USAPL Women's National Champion.  I competed in my first IPF
• 1998 IPF Women's World Championship place 9th in Norway
• Best lifts are SQ 352, B 214, DL 391 Total 953.

I am from West Monroe, LA but currently live in Houston, Tx.  I am a Fitness Manager / Personal Trainer for 24 Hour Fitness.  I have my degree from LA Tech in Fitness and Wellness Mgt and my National Personal Trainer Cert from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
