    • December 2d is the last Thirsty Thursday of 1999! We are going to be meeting at Governors Park Restaurant and Tavern located at 672 Logan 303-831-8605. Come by after work and have a cold one with your fellow Noles. We would love to see as many of you as possible.

    • Thinking about going to the Sugar Bowl? Some tips from personal experience:

        You can get roundtrip airfare into Gulfport, MS, or Baton Rouge, LA, for less than flying into N.O. (each are only about an hour from New Orleans). I used priceline.com and got a roundtrip for $200. I've heard people say they got cheaper deals. Try cheapticket.com also.

        DON'T LET THE LACK OF A SUGAR BOWL TICKET STOP YOU!Tickets to last year's Fiesta Bowl were going for $400+ months and even weeks before the game, but were selling for less than face value the day of the game. This year's Sugar Bowl should be no different.

        You can save money by staying in Metairie or another suburb of N.O. and cabbing into town.

    • Christmas Party Info

      Get off the couch, come shake your boodie and party Florida style with a little Latin spice!

      Location: Sevilla's 1801 Wynkoop Street Downtown Denver 303-298-7777

      Date: Thursday Dec 16th

      Time: 7 PM until ?

      Attire will be seasonal holiday. Which mean NO JEANS or T-shirts. There is a dress code at Sevilla's so we suggest wearing something nice.

      We will have food, dancing, a Christmas raffle. Open Bar will be $2.50 draft beers, $2.50 rum and vodka cocktails and $2.00 shots. Please remember to drink responsibly!

      VERY IMPORTANT-We are asking that everyone please bring one unwrapped toy for the Marine Corps toys for tots charity. This is only a small way we can give back to the Denver community in Florida State Seminole fashion.

      Come with your wife/husband, bring a date or just come by yourself, but please RSVP whether you will be coming or not. We need a good head count so we know how much food to order. Email George if you think you will attend. This is a very costly function to put together and we need everyone to comply.
