Self-Harm is an issue which unfortunatly is surrounded with myth and ignorence

I'm not proud of many of the things I've done, but I'm not ashamed either. This is my story, my life.

All I ask of you is to read with an open mind, and an open heart. These are pieces of me here for all to see, and many have never seen the light of day before.

So please, tread lightly..... for you tread on my dreams.
