It is that time of year, when I reflect on what is really important in my life.

Anyone that knows me, knows that is my love for God, my family, and as always my friends.









God said; "Love one another as I have loved you."










At times this is a difficult concept, especially in this day and age of such violence, abuse and
mistreatment of others.










We need to remember what it is that causes this behavior, is a lack of willingness to
forgive.  To move forward in the world, we must forgive and look ouside our anger.












Anger is painful and distructive to ourselves as well as others.  There is a way to look beyond
what we see and find that place in our hearts that allows us to feel good.
