Jesus won't come like a thief for those who
are spiritually awake at that time:
1 Thes 5:4
Ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that
day should overtake you as a thief.
Rev 3:3
IF therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come
on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know
what hour I will come upon thee.
We can never live in sin without fear, for we
could die tonight:
Luke 12:20b
Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required
of thee...
We must stay repentant and spiritually awake
even when we think we know when He will come:
Luke 21:34
Take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your
hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and
drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so
that day come upon you unawares.
Matt 24:48-51
If that evil servant shall say in his heart,
My lord delayeth his coming; And shall begin
to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and
drink with the drunken; The lord of THAT servant
shall come in a day when he looketh not for
him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his
portion with the hypocrites: there shall be
weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Jesus doesn't come to steal anything:
John 10:10
The thief cometh not, but for to steal,
and to kill, and to destroy: I am come
that they might have life, and that
they might have it more abundantly.
Jesus won't come as unexpectedly a thief
for those who are spiritually awake at
that time:
1 Thes 5:4
Ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that
that day should overtake you as a thief.
