More than two thousand years ago in both the East and the West, insightful persons were able to go beyond the data that their senses allowed them, and got a glimpse of Sophie. The Norwegian lover of Sophie, Jostein Gaarder, provided a simple overview of Sophie's World. Many lovers also contributed in building up a comprehensive description of Sophie and her world.
