Facilitating Instruction

The job of the Instructional Facilitator in the School District of Lancaster is to help in the enhancement of teaching and learning throughout the 20 school sites in the district. We are the link between the Office of Teaching and Learning and the schools. We take our jobs seriously because it is a serious job. Someone has to do it. Why not us?

 

This site is to help Instructional Facilitators do their all encompassing job in the schools and also to provide resources for teachers. By accomplishing both things we can enhance student achievement and learning. Sounds like a good thing to me.
