That is Jessica standing in the foreground. The third bedroom that I mentioned earlier is located in the part of the house next to my work truck parked beside the garage. |

This pic shows a view of the front of the house. Jessica and I actually only lived here around 4 months. I had been accepted to graduate school at OSU, and I was actually taking graduate courses during this time. I got a job offer for a position at Maccor. I quit Graduate school and Jessi and I moved to Tulsa. We lived in a rent house for around 8 months till I bought a house. |

This pic shows where I have repaired a hole in the floor and the wall in the living room. I cut them out in order to run a vent duct into the back bedroom. It had no heating/AC duct going to it. |

This pic shows how the floor had rotted out around the toilet stool. The bathroom is so big that I opted not to replace all the lenoleum. |

This next pic shows where the cornice board had rotted out. I woke up one night and thought I had a rat in the attic. What I found was a squirl. I shooed it out of the attic. I was looking around with the flash light, and I discoverd that the little bastard had chewed the plastic off of the electric lines in several place. I was shocked that it didn't get fried. Needless to say, I fixed the hole the next morning. |

After repairing the electric lines, I added another 6 inches of insulation into the attic. Next, I replaced all the exterior wood that was rotten. I then ordered storm windows and intalled them over all the windows. |
While Jessica and I lived here, she decided she wanted an iguana. The cages were so expensive, so I decided to build one instead of buying her one. Jessica is helping me build it here. |
