And the whodunits,
from Sherlock Holmes to Raymond Chandler,
Michael Innes to PD James.
And essayists/ columnists from
HL Mencken to Art Buchwald and Philip Howard.
Music
Elvis is still my King,
The Beatles my favourite band,
Bob Dylan and Joan Baez and Simon and Garfunkel
some of my favourite singers.
I am a Sixties child who also happens
to love music from the Fifties and the Seventies,
rock n roll to blues to doo-wop to pop.

Movies

Sophia Loren (above, left and right) is my favourite star,
Dustin Hoffman my favourite actor,
Meryl Streep and Audrey Hepburn also particular favourites,

My all-time favourite movies:

But I can't forget Woodstock!
