GIM - Guided Imagery and Music

In Guided Imagery and Music, a musictherapy method developed by Helen Bonny, Ph.D.,
the client, who in GIM is called "traveler", explores her inner landscape listening to
western classical music.
"Let the music be your guide" is the introduction to this inner journey guided by the music.

The music will guide the traveler through her personal inner landscape of fairytales,
myths and dreams. Bring her healing encounters, images and sounds to be moved by.
