Season 4

Hopes and Fears

The crew of the Voyager are presented with a gift from Starfleet that will take them home...or is it just a trap?

One

A giant nebula forces a major decision to be made: Should Voyager's crew take a year-long detour, or face certain death from the radiation in the nebula? Seven is placed in command and the crew are placed in stasis chambers.

Deamon

With Voyager critically low on power, Janeway must send Tom and Harry on a dangerous away mission to the surface of a Class-Y planet to collect deuterium, which is only found in a strange, metallic fluid....

Living Witness

After proclaiming that "violence is the Starfleet way", Janeway proceeds to fire on an alien culture and murder one of their delegates. 700 years in the future, the aliens muse on the impact Voyager has had their society, whilst a backup of the EMH Doctor tries to convince them that they are mistaken...

Unforgettable

An alien woman comes aboard Voyager, asking Chakotay if they could reestablish their relationship from months ago. However, Chakotay has no idea who she is...

Omega Directive

The ship is rocked by a terrible subspace shockwave. Suddenly, all computer functions cease, and the ship goes into "Omega Mode". Janeway realises what is happening, and confines herself in her ready room. Later she informs the senior staff of the molecule and enlists Seven for her help. Seven, as well as the Borg, see Omega as perfection.

Vis a Vis

Voyager comes to the assistance of an alien captain whose vessel is stricken down. After Tom Paris exits his new holodeck program, the crew begin to notice that he is acting strangely, and it is obvious that something has transpired between him and the alien...body switch.

The Killing Game 2

Janeway and her French resistance cell break out into the secret German bunker, and suddenly she becomes aware of the Hirogen and her ship....

The Killing Game 1

It's World War 2 on Earth, and a French Resistance leader named Kathryn Janeway hopes to lead an underground force against attacking Nazi Forces. Chakotay, a leader in the American Forces, hopes to join her in her quest with his lieutenant, Tom Paris. When a German dancing girl named Seven of Nine is sent to a strange, medical institution, and is returned to her occupation in Germany, she suddenly gets a flash of a distant memory: the Nazis are members of an alien race known as the Hirogen...

Retrospect

Janeway and her crew go into negotiations with a space-faring merchant, dealing in weapons. When the deal begins to go sour, he steals some of Seven's Borg nanoprobes. Things become tense when the scientist is found murdered...

Prey

Voyager finds a trashed Hirogen ship with only one survivor on board. While healing him, a member of species 8472 that Hirogen was chasing boards Voyager and proceeds to take a final stand. Janeway wants to help 8472, who only wants to return to its realm after being trapped in the Delta Quadrant, by opening a doorway to fluidic space. Only Seven knows how to do this and she refuses Janeway's order, so Janeway tries to open it herself. While the ship is being attacked by the Hirogen, the captured Hirogen escapes and proceeds to attack 8472 and Seven beams both of the combatants to one of the attacking ships. Needless to say, Seven was severely reprimanded by Janeway. *Side note: wouldn't 8472 hear the noise of the clanking magnetic boots at least several decks away?*

Hunters

Voyager recieves a transmission from Starfleet that has become stuck in one of the ancient message relays they found a few weeks before. As they begin downloading the messages from family, friends and Starfleet command, the Hirogen attack and capture Seven and Tuvok. Voyager rescues them but in the process the relay is destroyed and in turn disables the entire relay system. They are again out of contact with the Alpha quadrant. *side note* Janeway's fiancee has moved on and married. New hope shines for J/Cers!!

Waking Moments

The crew is attacked by parallel reality aliens that move about in this reality through dreams. The entire crew is incapacitated and only Chakotay, with his knowledge of waking dreams knows how to fight back.

Message in a Bottle

Seven of Nine discovers a network of signal relays that is capable of reaching the Alpha Quadrant. She detects a ship in the Alpha quadrant and since a regular signal won’t work 7 sends the doctor through the relay. He materialize on the USS Prometheus, an experimental new ship that the Romulans have taken over. Meanwhile, Voyager encounters the owners of the relay and don’t come away from a friendly meeting. The doctor along with the EMH from the Prometheus, retakes the ship and lets the Federation know of the whereabouts of Voyager.

Mortal Coil

Neelix is killed in an accident and after being dead for several hours Seven revives him by using her Borg nanoprobes. After he is revived he struggles within himself as he questions his beliefs in the afterlife.

Concerning Flight

Pirates attack Voyager with transporters and steal the main computer core, several pieces of equipemnt, the holodeck generator, and the doctor's mobile emitter. Upon reaching the planet where the pirates gather, Captian Janeway discovers that the Leonardo DiVinci character was downloaded into the mobile emitter and he now thinks that he is in America. With DiVinci's help Janeway recovers all of the stolen components from Voyager.

Random Thoughts

B'Elanna is taken into custody by the authorities, on a planet who of telepaths, when it is discovered that she was the cause. A man who bumped into her is the market later trashes one of the vendor's stands and the police think B'Elanna's stray violent thoughts caused him to do it. The punishment is memory extraction, which is very dangerous to the patient. Tuvok starts his own investigation into the mystery, since he knows that B'Elanna did not cause it. He uncovers a black market ring that sells violent thoughts. Tuvok captures the twisted and sick man responsible for taking B'Elanna's thought and distributing them.

Year of Hell Part 2

Most of the crew has abandoned Voyager, leaving only a senior officers on and the determined Captain Janeway on-board. With whole segments of the proud starship missing, and life-support systems failing, Captain Janeway is adamant about defeating the Krenim or going down with her ship. Meanwhile Chakotay and Paris are on board the Krenim vessel, having been captured earlier. They are being treated well as long as they cooperate. Paris gets in good favor with one of the crewmates who wishes to end his 200 year hell of following a mad captian who only wishes to regain his lost family. During an encounter with Voyager and new allies, the Krenim use the weapon on Voyager but Paris manages to sabotage the reactor core, leaving the vessle defenseless. Chakotay and Paris are beamed off the ship moments before Janeway decides to collide Voyager with the Krenim ship. Janeway believes if the Time ship is destroyed all changes to the timeline will be reset. She is right! Voyager is restored and the crew have no memory of the entire year of hell. They plot a corse around Krenim Space.

Year of Hell Part 1

Distressed at the loss of his family and an entire colony of his people, Krenim leader Annorax manipulates time to obliterate history, hoping to restore his loved ones by erasing the enemy that caused their deaths. Upon doing the Voyager is not affected by the changes because they develop temporal shielding to protect them. However, everytime time changes the Krenim get stronger and stronger. Each time taking a blow at Voyager until practically none of the ship is left. During an encounter with Annorax Chakotay and Paris are captured. With massive systems failures and life support failing, Janeway orders her crew to abandon ship. Only the senior officers are to stay on board and try to rescue Paris and Chakotay.

Scientific Method

The Raven

Seven of Nine escapes from the U.S.S. Voyager when she believes she is being summoned by The Borg. She arrives at the remains of a destroyed ship that she discovers to be the same vessel from which, as a young girl, she was captured by The Borg.

Revulsion

Aboard the U.S.S. Voyager, Harry Kim is assigned to work with Seven of Nine on the new Astrometric lab. Kim is uneasy working with the Borg, but their detail provides them with the basis of a friendship. However, Kim is rattled when Seven of Nine interprets his pleasantries as romantic seduction and she decides to further explore her resurgent humanity.

Nemesis

Chakotay is marooned on an unknown planet where the two inhabiting alien life forms are attempting planet-wide genocide against each other. Chakotay is captured by one of the tribes and comes to sympathize with them and their battle for survival against a ferocious enemy.

Day of Honor

The Gift

Kes knows it's time to leave the U.S.S. Voyager when her body goes into a state of cellular flux and she experiences uncontrollable psychokinetic abilities which endanger the ship. Meanwhile, Seven of Nine's human physiology begins to reassert itself and threaten her life. When Janeway instructs The Doctor to completely remove her Borg technology, a fierce yet alluring young female beginsto emerge.

Scorpion Part 2

The starship remains on Red Alert after Janeway, in exchange for safe passage though space, reaches an agreement with the Borg Collective to help them fight Species 8472, a race more malevolent than their own. Although Chakotay strongly objects to the unpredictable collaboration, Janeway and Tuvok transport, with great caution, to the Borg Cube. When a drone attempts to temporarily assimilate Janeway by connecting a neuro-transreceiver to her, the alarmed Captain convinces the Borg to instead choose a representative to communicate verbally with her.

Season 3

Scorpion Part 1

As they approach the heart of dangerous Borg territory, the Voyager crew witnesses the near decimation of a Borg armada by a mysterious alien lifeform which is impervious to both Borg and Starfleet technology. When Kim and Chakotay lead an Away Team inside the heavily damaged Borg cube, they are able to investigate the alien lifeform's bio-ship. Moments before they are transported out, Kim is viciously attacked by the mysterious organic-looking alien. As he lies in Sickbay, contaminated with alien cells and transforming into an alien being, Kes has terrorizing premonitions about the new enemy and Janeway realizes it's no longer the Borg they must be worried about.

Worst Case Scenerio

Suspicion and animosity run rampant when members of the crew discover a secret holographic novel program depicting Seska and the Maquis leading an insurrection aboard Voyager. When crew members surreptitiously play the program, they are each into the role of a Starfleet security officer who is approached by Chakotay to help the Maquis and join the mutiny.

Unity

When the Voyager crew finds a disabled Borg ship adrift in space and discover a thousand members of the powerful Borg race lying dead aboard it, they transport one of the corpses to Sickbay so The Doctor and Kes can perform an autopsy and learn what killed them. In response to a distress signal, Commander Chakotay lands his shuttlecraft on a planet's surface but is viciously attacked. He's swiftly rescued by a colony of formerly assimilated Borg and goes to extreme measures when he allows their resident physician, Dr. Riley Frazier, to heal his neural injuries by linking him to a remnant of the Borg Collective consciousness. Meanwhile, after Janeway and her crew find a suspicious Borg ship disabled and adrift in space with a thousand members of the powerful Borg race lying dead aboard it, they transport one of the corpses to Sickbay so the Doctor and Kes can perform an autopsy.

Macrocosm

Voyager is seized by a macrovirus alien--an unknown gelatinous lifeform which attacks and overwhelms the crew and disables the ship-and Captain Janeway must face the fight of her life, crawling through the disabled ship's dark passageways to elude the alien assault. Meanwhile, The Doctor goes on his first away mission to the Garan mining colony to locate the source of this mysterious and severe viral infection.

Blood Fever

Q & Gray

While the Voyager crew witnesses several rare supernova explosions, Q arrives in the Captain's quarters to implore the outraged Janeway to conceive his child. Q pursues the noninterested Janeway just as a jealous female Q appears to bring Q back to the Continuum. While the U.S.S. Voyager is deluged by shock waves from the supernovas, Q escapes to the Continuum with Janeway in tow, leaving the female Q bereft of her powers aboard a stranded starship Voyager.
